How soon can you start care?

Most families begin receiving care within days of their complimentary assessment. For urgent needs (within 48 hours), call our personal line at 314-708-8716. We maintain a small team of on-call caregivers specifically for emergency situations.

What are your minimum hour requirements?

Our Service Parameters:
4 or more visits per week, minimum 4 hours per visit
3 or less visits per week, minimum 6 hours per visit
This ensures quality, consistent care and helps our caregivers develop meaningful relationships with your family.

Do you serve my area?

We proudly serve St. Louis, St. Charles, Illinois, and surrounding areas. Our service area extends approximately 45 minutes from Chesterfield, Missouri. Not sure if we cover your location? Call us at 314-708-8716 and we'll confirm.

How do you handle different stages of Alzheimer's/Dementia?

We specialize in Alzheimer and dementia care and our caregivers receive memory care training for all stages of Alzheimer's and dementia. During your complimentary assessment, we'll evaluate specific needs and match you with appropriately trained caregivers who understand the unique challenges each stage presents.

How do you screen your caregivers?

All of our caregivers go through an extensive background check, interview process and reference check. Each caregiver completes our onboarding process which includes completing training and receiving additional certifications. ​

How much does quality home care cost in St. Louis?

We provide transparent pricing after your assessment because every family's needs are different. We believe in fair, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Most families find our rates competitive with other premium providers.

Will we get the same caregivers consistently?

We assign dedicated care teams to each family. You'll have 1-2 primary caregivers who know your loved one's routine, preferences, and needs. If backup coverage is ever needed, we make every effort to introduce them personally first.

You have 24/7 access to our support line. You will never be routed to an answering service, you can always reach someone who knows your family's situation immediately. We also provide detailed updates and maintain open communication with family members.

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured. All caregivers undergo comprehensive background checks, reference verification, and ongoing training. We maintain all required certifications and carry full liability insurance for your peace of mind.

Do you accept insurance?

We currently accept long-term care insurance.​
