Our mission at HAHH is to offer people the option to age gracefully in the comfort of their own homes, surrounded by loved ones, while receiving the attentive care, support, and companionship they deserve.

While assisted living facilities are expanding, we understand that they’re not the ideal solution for everyone.     Jess grew up in St. Louis City and graduated from Webster University with a degree in Communications and English. She also attended St. Louis Community College and attained a degree in Surgical Technology. Jess has 9 years of healthcare experience, in both home health and inpatient care.

  • Michael Ramey

    CEO

    Born and raised in St. Louis, my journey began as an entertainer performing at The Muny in Forest Park, launching a 20-year career in the entertainment industry. When my father fell ill, I began to understand the critical importance of home healthcare. I returned to St. Louis to support my mother in caring for him, helping turn his "4 hours to live" into several more, truly meaningful years.

    This experience revealed to me that my work in Hollywood was, at its core, about caring for others. Now, at Here at Home Healthcare, I am honored to bring that same commitment to our clients and caregivers—fulfilling a purpose that means everything to me.

  • Katie Stippec

    COO

    A (proud!) 3rd generation St. Louis native, caring for others is in my blood. Coming from a large family of nurses and medical professionals, I learned the importance of “it takes a village” at a young age. My path led me to spread my wings in cities from New York to Los Angeles, but when my sister was involved in a random act of gun violence in 2017 I dropped everything to move home to care for her. After spending 90+ days and nights in the hospital, it became clear to me the importance of patient advocacy and individualized care. I’m proud to say that she is doing well and exceeding both the doctors and her friends and family’s expectations every day.

    I look forward to extending my compassion, curiosity and attention to detail to as many families as I can. It means the world to me to be able to help and care for other people!
