What the work is

The work is companionship, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and rides to appointments. It is non-medical. You are in the homes of older adults who want to stay in the place they know, helping the day go the way they would like it to go.

  • Companionship and conversation
  • Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility help
  • Meals, light housekeeping, and errands
  • Rides to appointments and outings
  • Notes at the end of each shift so the family and the office stay in the loop

What we ask for

Dependability, and the kind of patience that does not run out on a hard morning. Experience with dementia care is a plus. Every caregiver passes a background check and works bonded and insured. A valid driver's license and current auto insurance are required for any role that involves driving.

What you get back

A predictable schedule at homes you know, competitive pay, and a family-owned office where the people who write the schedule are the same people who answer the phone when you call. Training that starts before your first solo shift and continues every month.

  • Consistent clients and a schedule set a month ahead
  • Competitive hourly pay, paid twice a month
  • Paid training and a company-run CPR and First Aid class
  • An office that picks up: a real person on call every day

How to apply
