We look at your policy together

Bring your policy to your complimentary assessment and we will review it with you.

We put together the documentation your carrier needs

Most claims require signed visit notes and an invoice for the care provided.

  • Any additional forms your carrier's claim process requires

Care begins on our standard billing terms

In most cases, you pay Here at Home Healthcare directly and your carrier reimburses you afterward.

  • Some carriers allow direct assignment instead of reimbursement
  • We will tell you which applies to your policy before care starts
  • Billing follows our standard rates and terms

Documentation goes out on a regular cycle for as long as your carrier requires it.
